Judo chop processes that suck

The idea

In order to not waste customer's time and money, you must take processes that do not matter and get them out of your way. You have to Judo chop them until they are gone or they resemble just a sliver of their former selves.

There are so many of these processes in the wild. The key is to find these and try to reduce the complexity of them or just remove them completely. If this sounds impossible to you, try to remove these for a single week and see if you can live without them or work around them.

Through working with a lot of different customers in a lot of different fields, there are several processes that we have identified as being a waste of time.
